SHIPMENT & RETURNS POLICY

Flowers, Dried Flowers, and Gifts

 

When should I order?

You can order anytime, and up to 48hrs before your chosen delivery date. If you require same-day delivery, please get in touch by phone (07814222198) or email (info@tigerblooms.co.uk) and we will try to accommodate.

How do we deliver your order?

Deliveries will be done in-person to postcode CB24 are free, Cambridgeshire outside CB24 for a small fee, and outside of Cambridgeshire (by courier) will vary depending on the order size and delivery address.

We deliver Mon-Sun and we are unable to give delivery time slots for your chosen day. If you need your order to be delivered at a certain time, please get in touch by phone (07814222198) or email (info@tigerblooms.co.uk) and we will try to accommodate.

How do you know your flowers have been delivered?

​We will send an email/ text message letting you know your order has been delivered to the recipient. If your order has been left with a neighbour or at the reception of a commercial address, we will state this in the email/ text message.

For deliveries made to a residential address, If the recipient is not at the address given, we will try to deliver to a neighbour or leave in a safe place, unless otherwise stated in the delivery instructions. We will put a card through the door to inform the intended recipient where the order has been placed. 

For deliveries made to a commercial address, please provide a name and phone number for the intended recipient as not all receptionists will accept deliveries. 

Funerals and sympathy Flowers

When should I order?

Ideally, as soon as you know the date, time, and location of the funeral as we need to ensure the blooms are at their absolute best for the day. For orders placed within a week of the funeral, we will try our best to accommodate your needs, please contact us to discuss by phone (07814222198) or email (info@tigerblooms.co.uk).

 

How do we deliver your order?

Usually, deliveries will be done in-person to your chosen funeral director/ crematorium to give you peace of mind on the day of the funeral. However, if you would prefer to have your order delivered to another address, that can be done. 

Weddings

When should I order?

For wedding flowers (including for the venue), ideally, once you know the date, time, and location(s), as well as your wedding party. This will ensure a smooth, relaxing process leading up to your important day.  For orders placed within 6 weeks of the wedding day, we will try our best to accommodate your needs, please contact us to discuss by phone (07814222198) or email (info@tigerblooms.co.uk).

If you are ordering online, a member of our team will be in touch to discuss your order and delivery requirements.

 

How do we deliver your order?

Flowers will usually be delivered either on the morning of the wedding or the day before, to the venue(s). During the consultation, we will discuss the logistics of your wedding to ensure your flowers are prefect all day. A delivery charge may apply depending on the location(s) of your deliveries.

Returns Policy

If you need to change, cancel, or have an issue with your order/delivery, please contact us as soon as possible by phone (07814222198) or email (info@tigerblooms.co.uk).

Issues with order or deliveries?

Changes and additions to your order, which are reasonable for us to fulfil, can be made up 4 days prior the date of delivery.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check the order and address they are sending to and make sure the recipient can accept the order. If the customer has provided an incorrect address, we do not accept liability. Please make sure you provide the full address details, contact name and phone number of the recipient to ensure a smooth delivery process. 

​​We are not liable for any deliveries unable to be fulfilled due to forces beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, mechanical breakdowns, road traffic accidents

Fresh flower items have a vase life of 7 days when care instructions have been kept to. Dried flowers, plants, and pots/vases can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it (e.g. original packaging). 

If there are any issues with your wedding or sympathy flowers at time of delivery, we must be notified immediately to resolve the issue. We will not provide refunds for any issues that we are notified to us after the funeral or wedding.

Cancellations & postponements

For gifting flowers, cancellations made within 3 days of the delivery date will be charged in full.

For wedding and sympathy flowers, cancellations made within 14 days of the delivery date/ funeral/ wedding day will be charged in full.

Postponements will only be accepted up to 10 days prior to the delivery date/ funeral/ wedding day and no cancellations or refunds will be issued.
